Since Kyushu University is located far west of Fukuoka city, there are few hotels nearby.
If participants would like to enjoy the nightlife, hotels in Hakata and Tenjin areas are recommended, but it will take over 1 hour from hotels to the venue (35 minutes subway and 10 minutes local bus).
We are planning to arrange a shuttle bus from the nearest station “Kyudai-Gakkentoshi Station” to the venue on the first day of the symposium and from AZ HOTEL / GLOCAL HOTEL to the venue on the second day.

From Kyudai-Gakkentoshi Station to Conference Venue (Kyushu Univ. I2CNER Hall)
1st shuttle Departure: 12：20 Arrive 12：40
2nd shuttle Departure: 13：05 Arrive 13：25
3rd shuttle Departure: 13：50 Arrive 14：10
*Symposium starts from 14:30. Bus capacity is 27 people.
*Preference should be given to faculty and researchers.
*Local buses run every 15 minutes. If there are too many shuttle bus users, student participants are requested to take the local bus.

A small shuttle bus will be available every 20 minutes starting at 19:40. Bus capacity is 28 people.
